The diets you mentioned are unsuitable for you, and in general, they are based on a diet high in protein, especially from animals. These are inflammatory diets. The most suitable anti-inflammatory diet is balanced, with little animal protein and lots of dietary fiber from fruits and vegetables, roots, mushrooms, nuts, legumes, berries, and more, fermented bacteria, and natural probiotics. (Such as goat's milk yogurt) It is important to emphasize that a dietary change, although very significant, is not always sufficient to bring about effective pain relief. Mechanical cleansing of the liver, kidneys, and gallbladder is often necessary.
