It is recommended for COPD patients (smokers and non-smokers) to perform mechanical detoxification of the liver and kidneys, including an anti-inflammatory diet. (possible through guided workshops) It is important to emphasize that symptoms, some new and some stressful phenomena, often accompany the recovery processes.
Be aware that self-healing has ups and downs; it does not indicate it does not work. The last stage might be the hardest because the immune system is becoming more responsive. Light fever and fatigue during the self-healing process are usually signs that recovery takes place.
