Goat's milk is more equivalent in composition to breast milk; it is less rich in protein, and its fat is easier to digest (although its fat content is slightly higher). Sheep milk has a creamy taste, is oilier, and is especially tasty. The average cow weighs about 600 kilograms, and the milk is intended for calves to gain weight quickly. Cow's milk is very inflammatory to our body, except it is much cheaper than sheep's and goat's milk and dairy products!
