The Bach flower method was developed in England by an English homeopathic doctor in the 1930s. I tried it without success. The mechanism of action of Bach flowers is unclear. In my opinion, it is based (similar to homeopathy) on the placebo effect. At the same time, the treatment does not involve suffering, pain, or side effects. I doubt that treatment with Bach's flowers can bring about withdrawal from the addiction to food and eating; however, for those who believe in therapy, it is relaxing and may contribute to the process, but not as a single therapy.
