Those with autoimmune diseases need easily digestible, nutritious, anti-inflammatory food that strengthens the immune system. Two anti-inflammatory and quick-to-prepare recipes are suitable for autoimmune patients.
1. Cut small seasonal fruit pieces such as pears, apples, peaches, or persimmons. Add a handful of washed berries, goat or sheep yogurt (incredibly delicious), cinnamon, and walnuts. It is tasty, nutritious, satisfying, and easy to digest.
2. Put three-quarters of a cup of goat's milk in the same amount of water filtered in a pot; add a teaspoon of organic coconut oil, hazelnut butter, purified ghee butter, and (optional) a flat teaspoon of honey. Stir well and add natural (non-instant) oats until boiling. Pour into a deep dish and add cinnamon and nuts. This nutritious, non-fattening recipe is easy to digest and incredibly delicious.
