Is the use of artificial sweeteners harmful to health?
26/12/2020 18:48
Non-natural substances are perceived by the body as" external invaders" and are broken down by the liver, which is forced to work hard in the modern diet. They are calorie-free but a lousy alternative because a healthy weight over time is associated with good health! Natural sweeteners such as coconut sugar honey, Honey, date honey, carob powder, and natural stevia extract are always preferable.
The next post: I have been advised to switch to low-fat, low-lactose milk. Is the recommendation appropriate?
