Is it not advisable to drink while eating?

It is advisable not to drink vast amounts to dilute the gastric juices too much, but there is no prevention, and even sometimes, it is advisable to drink water when it comes to dry food. It is advisable not to drink a cold drink, mainly when eating. Digestion is carried out at body temperature. Cooling the food slows down digestion in the stomach. It is possible to drink hot tea, water, and even wine in a reasonable amount (not with a high alcohol percentage) to improve digestion.
