What is the underlying explanation for yellow and stained teeth among non-smokers Fibromyalgia patients?

Fibromyalgia patients often suffer from impaired liver and kidney function. Most often, yellow and stained teeth indicate an impaired liver. The liver is known to have no sensation of pain. The yellow spots are formed from an increased accumulation of bilirubin. (Similar to jaundice on the skin, which usually appears only in advanced stages of chronic liver disease.) Yellow teeth in non-smokers who maintain good oral hygiene require special attention to liver function.
