Discussion: Chronic prostatitis and epididymitis are very common for several reasons:

2 The prostate gland is moist with nutrients, providing pathogens a warm and nourishing environment.
3 The prostate gland has poor blood circulation and internal barriers preventing effective antibiotic treatment.
