Animal meat and proteins, which are tough to digest, produce high acidity in the intestines, contributing to increased blood pressure and inflammatory processes and placing a heavy burden on the liver and kidneys that need to clear the ammonia, a breakdown product of proteins. There is no nutritional need to eat meat every day! Patients with chronic kidney disease should reduce meat consumption sharply. Fish (mostly in deep water) is much more suitable than meat.
