Unfortunately, the method you mentioned does not apply to most food and eating addicts. Fat people often don't particularly like sports. Addiction to sports requires firm discipline, and intense sports encourage appetite. The famous TV programs about losing weight work differently to maximize attention and do not represent examples of the positive effects of vigorous physical activity.
