Is soy drink, almonds, rice, and the like healthier than milk?

Natural soy drinks, almonds, rice, etc., are preferable to cow's milk, which is inflammatory. However, these drinks are sold as processed products in cartons designed for extended shelf life. These "healthy" drinks are industrialized products that contain flavorings, artificial stabilizers (emulsifiers), and various vitamins and additives. The fact that they do not have food coloring is misleading! It is not a recommended drink. Consuming goat milk or goat (or sheep) yogurt in measured amounts close to breast milk is best.
