Discussion: It is essential to know that chronic patients have sexual needs and fantasies - even if they are beyond their physical capacity.

Many of the things I have written regarding the sexual function of patients with chronic diseases come from many years of personal experience. Luckily! I found in my second wife a warm, understanding, and supportive woman who gave me her unconditional love. It is not always the case! It happened to me in my first failed marriage. My ability to implement sexual fantasies did not exist; my severe health condition did not harm my desire and imagination.
