Natural chocolate substitutes are made from carob powder, dates, honey, and nuts and are tasty and reasonably healthy. Bitter chocolate is considered the highest quality and incredibly beneficial because it contains potent antioxidants. Weight Watchers can also eat bitter chocolate in high percentages (70% or more) in a reasonable dose of several cubes daily.
