Patients with autoimmune diseases must have an anti-inflammatory diet. Traditional pizza is very inflammatory, but there are healthier recipes based on natural ingredients that are self-prepared. Recipes can be found online; you must understand health nutrition principles. The flour is desirable to be whole, not white, low, or gluten-free. It is advisable to use natural yeast (sourdough) or goat yogurt. The sauces should be based on cooking fresh tomatoes (not canned), while the cheeses should only be goat or sheep. Don't put sausages on the pizza. It's a lot of work, but the taste is terrific! And relatively healthy compared to all the usual pizza recipes.
