People with diabetes are advised to avoid cow's milk products altogether, especially hard cheeses. They are loaded with protein that weighs on the liver and kidneys and weakens the immune system.
Goat's milk is more similar in composition to breast milk; it is less protein-rich, and its fat is easier to digest (although its fat content is slightly higher). Sheep milk has a creamy, oily, and especially tasty taste. The average cow weighs about 600 kilograms, and the milk is intended for calves to gain weight quickly. Cow's milk is very inflammatory to our body, except it is much cheaper than sheep's and goat's milk and dairy products!
