I highly recommend smokers meet face-to-face with patients suffering from pulmonary emphysema.

One of the most troublesome experiences was watching a patient with difficulty breathing! One session with a pulmonary emphysema patient may well cause you to consider quitting smoking! The suffering is unbelievable.
