The Bach flower method was developed in England by an English homeopathic doctor in the 1930s. I tried without success. The mechanism of action of Bach flowers is unclear. In my opinion, it is based (similar to homeopathy) on the placebo effect. At the same time, the treatment does not involve suffering, pain, or side effects. The treatment of Bach flowers is intended primarily for relaxation and may contribute to the framework of a comprehensive therapy for Fibromyalgia. (body, mind, and spirit)
