Encounters with extraterrestrials have occurred throughout human history, but documentation was mostly local, in an era when communication was in newspapers rather than a global, digital message available to everyone. Evidence of the existence of extraterrestrials can be found in many ancient writings, including the Bible, from various and distant cultures. Countless reliable testimonies, murals, and even pyramids that are not man-made, and yet the public is captivated by the belief that they are being told the truth!

I no longer try to explain the existence of extraterrestrials to friends or family because I sound a little crazy and hallucinatory.

• I attempted to persuade the AI, DeepSeek, with a series of arguments. After all, AI has no feelings. It twisted with the probabilities of abiogenesis and the emergence of the first human lineage with 46 chromosomes, but it was by no means willing to accept the existence of extraterrestrials. It asked for pictures of me with extraterrestrials.

I laughed. That's exactly the problem. When I have pictures of extraterrestrials, the world will know and recognize their existence.

Extraterrestrials have been accompanying the Earth since its inception. 

Much of human knowledge has originated directly or indirectly from extraterrestrial information that has been shared with humanity. All these insights originated from extraterrestrials, starting with the ignition of fire, the development of letters and spoken language, agriculture, medicine (including acupuncture), electricity, and the utilization of energy.

It is essential to emphasize that extraterrestrials are also known to many other countries, all of which maintain the bond of silence and utilize a special task force for immediate response. It is sometimes referred to as "The Men in Black," as the film's title. The secret is passed on to governments, presidents, and prime ministers.

A few people who are very senior in the political echelon are exposed to these issues. The action team swears to protect the hidden secrets with its life.

Astrophysicists such as Carl Sagan, Kardashev, and Dyson became part of the scientific lexicon of their time.

Apollo's expeditions to the moon encountered hostile extraterrestrial life forms.

Russia, China, and India, which also landed on the moon, share these secrets. Before their deaths, Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins revealed and hinted at the existence of extraterrestrials! Of course, they are not the only ones who have seen strange phenomena.

The Men in Black task force is a secret organization not affiliated with any government agency.

The task force is prepared for fast flights and is available in any situation. It is budgeted under a heavy veil of secrecy. Its people do not wear uniforms, have no special identification cards, and do not display any identification marks on their vehicles or planes. They have broad powers to question witnesses suspected of having information that could reveal details about extraterrestrials.

• Most countries (except Russia and China) use this immediate task force. The agreement between the world's leaders is verbal, without documentation or agreements.

The arguments in favor are the public's right to the truth, even at a painful price, to prevent the recurrence of similar cases in the future. On the other hand, those involved in concealing the facts will raise weighty arguments:

1. The public was not ready for the revelation of the truth. The publication of the existence of extraterrestrials could have undermined the social order, caused a loss of direction in religions, and caused riots, social unrest, and even coups and bloodshed in unstable regimes.
2. Most of those involved will claim to have received instructions from the highest echelon. 
3. The concealment of extraterrestrial issues began long before their time.
4. The policy of concealment was global, affecting the entire world. 
5. Many of the original decision-makers are already very old or have passed away. Therefore, the statute of limitations applies to these offenses. 

Both sides have weighty arguments.

• However, in light of the enormous challenges that humanity will face after the historical encounters with extraterrestrials, it would be better to focus on the present and the future. Lengthy court hearings and criminal and civil lawsuits against those involved will dissolve the courts. 
• For decades, superpower administrations and presidents have cooperated with extraterrestrials. None of them changed their positions on the issue; they tacitly permitted experimentation on Earth's humans, flora, and fauna.

Whether a commission of inquiry will be necessary is a matter of political judgment. Still, I believe several more urgent actions are needed than punishing the guilty.

1. A coordinating body, led by the superpowers, will be established to represent all the governments of the countries on Earth on extraterrestrial issues.
2. All laboratories shared by extraterrestrials and humans will be immediately dismantled and dispersed, pending the establishment of a joint working protocol that includes ethical supervision and control.
3. I propose preventing protracted trials that will paralyze the judicial system for years and granting a sweeping amnesty to those who dealt with the issue. (Only in the extraterrestrial context)
4. All confidential files will be handed over to the victims of the abductions or their immediate family members.
5. Issue a public apology to the victims of the abductions. Offer all victims who feel mentally or physically vulnerable assistance at the expense of the state.
6. Ensure that, henceforth, human and animal experimentation is carried out following generally accepted ethical rules, which will be agreed upon with the Federation Council at the time the Earth joins the Federation Council.

It is essential to acknowledge that extraterrestrials have allegedly conducted experiments on humans, which are rightly perceived as unethical. At the same time, close supervision, monitoring, and control are required in other ethical matters, some of which are unfamiliar to science and human medicine.
