Most people cannot change their lifestyle and diet simultaneously. The barriers are mainly psychological, stemming from our desire to preserve our way of life. Leisure is critical to good health and wellness; the problem is that leisure is a commodity in severe shortage, partly because of technological distractions that stimulate us to react immediately and nonstop.
