My husband has offended me for many years, and he claims I am too sensitive. Is an insult an emotion?

The act of insulting is behavioral, but the result is emotional. Emotions and behavior are connected in energetic circuits. Apart from very offensive words that indicate physical or mental impairments, there is no clear lexicon of offensive words, and they are usually in the context of various situations at home, work, family, and friends. Constant insults have a residue that damages the fabric of the relationship. Systematically hurling insults lowers the other party and is especially destructive to relationships.
