Apart from extreme sports (a separate category), most sports are recommended for migraine patients. (It is advisable to avoid head and neck injuries), but by health status, age, mental condition, and physical ability. The main difficulty in competitive sports and sports involving special physical efforts, such as triathlon, weightlifting, boxing, etc., is planning regular physical activity after retiring from a competitive or intense workout. Immediate cessation of exercise can cause health damage, especially in men.
