As a heterosexual, I do not know the sensitivities of the LGBT community. At the same time, it is worth acknowledging that there is a natural curiosity among heterosexuals on the subject. The hint in a job interview about the sexual orientation of the interviewee is undoubtedly out of place. Still, instead of reacting aggressively, one can adopt the approach of a funny response! You didn't get the (coveted) job either, so you didn't achieve the goal. (Maybe a little sense of revenge?) So, you should consider a different response, even if it is justified.
The next post: I'm a 35-year-old gay man. I recently started working in a new workplace. I'm wondering whether to tell my co-workers that I'm gay?
