All chronic liver diseases, including cirrhosis, are manifested in liver blockages. Without bile flow to the duodenum, toxins crystallize inside the liver, creating a massive load. All toxins have a foul odor that partially evaporates through the skin, especially when the patient is sweating or going to the bathroom to empty.
