Surprisingly! Processed foods are making us gain weight much faster than the same calories of natural foods. This issue is not directly related to quitting smoking or alcohol but emphasizes the enormous importance of consuming natural, non-processed, and non-industrialized foods. During the detoxification stages, it is incredibly essential to consume natural nutrition.
