The genetic issue has been investigated in thousands of studies in which identical twins have been sampled. (They have the same genetic load.) No genetic link was found regarding sexual orientation. Scientists today tend to attribute weight to the influence of environmental factors on heredity, a field called epigenetics. Sexual orientation and sexual identity are not genetic or acquired properties; they are magnetic-energetic traits that science has not yet identified.
