I was advised to try a Bach flower method. Do you recommend it for CHD patients?

The Bach flower method was developed in England by an English homeopathic doctor in the 1930s. I tried the Bach flower method without success. The mechanism of action of Bach flowers is unclear. In my opinion, it is based (similar to homeopathy) on the placebo effect. At the same time, the treatment does not involve suffering, pain, or side effects. Chronic heart disease requires an anti-inflammatory diet, detoxification, and an exceptionally healthy lifestyle (mentally and physically). Bach flower therapy may contribute to relaxation but is not a comprehensive treatment.
