The method was developed in England by an English homeopathic doctor in the 1930s. I tried the Bach flower method without success. The mechanism of action of Bach flowers is unclear. In my opinion, it is based (similar to homeopathy) on the placebo effect. At the same time, the treatment does not involve suffering, pain, or side effects.
The main disadvantage of homeopathy is that it requires blind faith in success! It may be followed by painful disappointment. I doubt that autoimmune diseases can be cured solely through homeopathy, but as I said, it doesn't hurt to try.
