As someone who has tried almost every possible treatment, I have also experienced homeopathic medicine with a specialist who is also a certified physician, unfortunately, without any response. At the same time, it isn't apparent to deduce from my case regarding others.
The principles of homeopathic treatment are inconsistent with known physical or chemical principles. Homeopathic medicine is based on extreme dilution, meaning the patient receives completely distilled water. In my opinion, the treatment is based on the placebo effect. The main disadvantage is that it requires a deep, almost unquestioning belief in the effectiveness of the treatment. At the same time, the treatment has no side effects. It is not painful, so it is worth a try for those interested.
I doubt whether it is possible to recover from autoimmune diseases, such as psoriasis, only through homeopathy. I recommend you read the articles in the attached links.
